We want you to love your Milk & Blush hair extensions; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. To ensure hygiene and safety, hair extensions must be returned with the security seal intact and the product unworn.

Return Process

  Check Your Seal

  Before opening your extensions, use the tester strand included in the package to check the color match. Ensure the main compartment's security seal remains unbroken to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different shade.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your extensions in their original box and outer packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include your completed returns form inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix your prepaid return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
